Interactive retail solution that communicates with demo items via serial commands

If customers have built their units in «retail mode» or manufactured some retail demo version units, we must make our demo solution by communicating with their units, taking advantage of the natural and true quality as well as the performance of the retail version units. .

Assuming a multi-room loudspeaker situation, customers manufactured retail version loudspeakers, with 3.5mm port shaped serial port to interface with our retail interactive demonstrators, then we redesigned our media player application and event trigger commands to Align it with the customers’ Retail Items release. No project is too small or too complicated, as we already modularize our system from the start, and we are able to respond quickly to customer needs.

For the above animation, please note that the speaker has a built-in media player with a preset playlist, while in 1 #, 2 #, 3 # button mode, it plays its own music tracks and user operates with the natural buttons on the demo speakers, the demo video will play on the screen, do not mix them, the video and audio here are totally isolated from different systems
