Yes, our retail audio solution is commercial grade, it is designed for continuous working on 7/24/365.

We have volume ceiling level settings both in firmware and the .txt file based configuration to ensure the solution retail-friendly, the default settings are 20 db minimum and 70 db /90 db maximum, and it can be updated via USB auto copy.

Our solution supports multiple trigger methods to engage shoppers, including push buttons, capacitive buttons, membrane buttons, RFID tag, IoT sensors, etc, it can also interact with the demo item directly via serial connection, so shoppers just operate on the retail mode of the demo item.
